Locking an interactive module is useful if you are creating a template and do not want a piece of interactivity to be altered.

To begin, select Manage for your issue followed by the Interactivity button.

Select an interactive module on your page.

Select the Interactivity palette.

Select the padlock icon next to the interactive module you wish to lock.

Two check-boxes are available:

Lock Position and Settings
Will prevent the position and settings from being altered. For example, the border colour of More Information box.

Lock Content
Will prevent the content from being altered. For example, the text in a More Information box.

Tick the required box(es) and select Save to save your changes.

A locked icon will then display to indicate that the module has been locked.

To unlock, simply select the padlock again and untick the checkbox(es).
