A Style is set at document level and will apply the settings to every version in a document . Different styles or document settings cannot be applied to individual versions.
When you create a new style there are several tabs which can be selected to set various settings.

Below is a breakdown of Toolbar Settings
Configure functionality and appearance of the toolbar for your document .
- Toolbar colour
Set the colour of the toolbar
- Toolbar icon colour
Select whether your toolbar should use white or black icons
- Toolbar position
Set whether your toolbar should display above or below the document or both. Setting this option to hidden will hide the toolbar from view.
Set the toolbar position to bottom if your document uses a menu.
- Toolbar style
Select the type of toolbar your document should use. Standard will make your toolbar the same width as your browser window (or stretch to full width) and include all features. Basic is a smaller, compact version with simpler functionality.
- Toolbar logo
Upload a logo to display on the left-hand side of the toolbar. The image must be jpeg, png or gif format and be 38 pixels high. It must also not exceed 150 pixels in width.
- Toolbar logo link
Make the toolbar logo clickable by specifying a web link. The link must include http:// or https://.
- Toolbar logo link target
Specify whether the link should open in a new tab/window or the same tab/window.
- Popup border colour
Set the default border colour for popup interactive features. This colour can be overridden for individual interactive modules when configuring interactivity.
- Popup button colour
Set the colour of the buttons for popup interactive features.
- Popup button text colour
Set the colour of the button text for popup interactive features.
The remaining options in this section configure the functionality available in your toolbar.
- Share option
Allow readers to share the document on social networks
- Tools option
Allow readers to search the current version. Readers can also download and print the pages of the current version. Interactive features cannot be downloaded or printed.
- Paging option
Allow readers to use the toolbar to turn the pages. This option also enables paging with the left and right arrow keys on a PC/Mac and the left and right swipe on touchscreen devices such as iPads and iPhones.
- Highlight paging as clickable
Highlight that the paging option can be clicked and a page can be navigated to directly.
- Other versions option
Gives readers the option to browse other versions of the document .
- Contents option
Gives readers the option to browse the pages of the current version.
Gives readers the option to view an accessible version of the current version.
Side arrows – Appearance settings for side tab arrows used to navigate through the document.
- Side arrows
Set whether side arrows should be visible and how they should animate:
- Always visible – Side arrows will always be in view.-
- Show on hover – Side arrows are partially hidden until the reader interacts with them.-
- On hover and after paging – Side arrows are partially hidden until the reader interacts with them. They will also animate after every page turn.-
- Hidden - the side arrows will not appear.
- Use toolbar colour
By default, the side arrows will be the same colour as the toolbar (set in the section above). Deselect this option to set a different colour for the side arrows.
- Use toolbar icon colour
By default, the side arrows will use the same icon colour as the toolbar (set in the section above). Deselect this option to select a different icon colour for the side arrows.
