If you wish to add a new page to your design, select the Add New Page option from the Pages palette.

The options available to you will differ based on the type of version you have created:

  • Layout Library (Document Builder)
  • Blank design/editable template

More about each option can be found below:

Layout Library (Document Builder)

  • Add a new page

Select from hundreds of page layouts in the Document Builder

Simply click and drag the page you wish to use into the Document Preview window, or double click on a page to add it to the end of your design.

Pages can be filtered by Page Type, such as 'Back Cover' and ‘Contents Page', and by Page Elements, such as 'Buttons' and 'Images', making it easier for you to find what you need.

It's also possible to split or mix and match spreads. Find out more here.

  • Duplicate a page

Hover over a page in the Document Preview window and select the duplicate icon to create a copy of a page that you have already created in your design.

This can save time if the design of your new page is similar and only needs slight amendments.

Blank design/editable template

  • From Document

Select and use a page that you have already created in your design. This can save time if the design of your new page is similar and only needs slight amendments.

  • From Template

If you are working from an editable template, you can add a page from the original template, even if it has been deleted in the current design.

  • From Blank

Add a blank page to your version, choosing from single or double page spread.

Top Tip:
The above images represent a single page spread, and a double page spread (not the orientation of the page).
