TigerGenius User can be added by the User on an account. Once created, the TigerGenius User can log in and begin creating PageTiger documents and version.
Add an TigerGenius User
Select My Account from the main menu, followed by Users.
Select the TigerGenius User tab where you will see any existing TigerGenius Users listed.
Select Add to add a new TigerGenius User.
Enter the email address of the TigerGenius User and choose or add a Folder. It is recommended that you create a Folder for each TigerGenius User.
Configure TigerKit permissions
Tick the TigerKit that you would like to share with the TigerGenius User from the TigerKit Permission section and save.
TigerGenius User notification
Once saved, the TigerGenius User will be notified by email and the TigerKit will be ready for them to use in TigerGenius.
TigerGenius User impersonation
Account Owners can impersonate an TigerGenius User if they need to view/edit an document that they have created in TigerGenius.
Select My Account from the main menu, followed by Users. Select the TigerGenius User tab followed by 'Login' for the TigerGenius User you wish to impersonate.
